The Meeting House

Pricing — $250 to $3,375

Capacity — 60 (standing or seated)

Usage Options:

  • Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
    • $250/half day for 25 individuals or less (8 am to 12 pm or 1 to 5 pm)
    • $350/half day for 26 individuals or more (8 am to 12 pm or 1 to 5 pm)
    • $500/full day for 25 individuals or less (8 am to 5 pm)
    • $750/full day for 26 individuals or more (8 am to 5 pm)
  • Monday thru Friday, 6 to 10 pm ($500)
  • Saturdays, 8 am to 5 pm 
    • $500/half day (8 am to 12 pm)
    • $1000/full day (8 am to 5 pm)
  • Saturdays, 6 to 10 pm ($750)
  • Full Business Week, Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
    • $2,250 for 25 individuals or less 
    • $3,375 for 26 individuals or more

Includes the Following:

  • 1,200 square foot open room 
  • Large covered exterior deck
  • Setup and breakdown of chairs and tables
  • Large screen projector with HDMI inputs
  • High speed fiber wifi
  • On-site staff
  • Free parking
  • Cleaning fee

Additional Add-Ons — Extended hours ($150/hr)

 
 

The Commons

Pricing — $1,000 to $3,000

Capacity — 300 (standing or seated)  l  150 (seated at tables)

Usage Options:

  • Fridays, 6 to 11 pm ($1,500)
  • Saturdays, 8 am to 2 pm ($1,000)
  • Saturdays, 4 to 11 pm ($2000)
  • Saturdays, 8 am to 11 pm ($3000)

Includes the Following:

  • 4,000 square foot open room
  • Two 500 square foot flex rooms
  • Large covered exterior deck
  • Setup and breakdown of chairs and tables
  • Rolling 65" HDTV with HDMI inputs
  • High speed fiber wifi
  • On-site staff
  • Free parking
  • Cleaning fee

Additional Add-Ons — Extended hours ($200/hr)  l  Audio video usage ($200 - $500/event)
